Toyota Repair: code P0773, torque converter clutch, metal particles

Question
I have a 2000 Camry V6 with about 161,000 miles on it.  It has a code of P0773 and the transmission was then replaced but the code is still there. What other problem could there be?

Answer
This code indicates a lock-up torque converter clutch malfunction or the solenoid controlling the lockup function, was the torque converter also replaced? In most cases the torque converter fails which will result in metal particles getting into the transmission fluid destroying the transmission, it's very important to replace the torque converter as well and also cleaning out the transmission cooler of all the metal particles, if the cooler is not cleaned even a small amount of metal can clog the shift lock solenoid and set the code.
