Toyota Repair: valve cover leak, valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket

Hi Ted,
I was told at Toyota that I have a small valve cover gasket leak on my 2001 Camry LE V6.  I have about 129,000 miles on the car. Does it make sense to replace the manifold gasket, and timing belt all at the same time since the timing belt was replaced at about 60,000.  There is no leak coming from the manifold gasket, but was thinking it needs replaced because of the mileage.  Also, when changing the valve cover gasket is it a good idea to adjust the valves?  Thank you for the help.

The valves rarely go out of adjustment so I would say no, just have the gaskets replaced, the timing belt should still be ok, replacing valve cover gaskets does not involve doing anything with the timing belt, it's recommended replacement is every 90,000 miles. There is no need to replace the intake manifold gasket.
