Toyota Repair: engine sludge, class action suit, toyota dealer

Hi,
My car was diagnosed with engine sludge in 2006.  I have a 98 camry.  I sent the paperwork in to the attorney during the class action settlement but I still haven't heard anything.  Is there anything else I can do about getting my engine fixed?  thanks

What did the toyota dealer do or what did they recommend doing? Did they not offer to make any repairs under toyota's policy? I'm aware that there was a class action suit but I'm not familiar with the method of settlement, the DA's office may be able to update you on this matter.
