Toyota Repair: 95 Geo Prizm wont start, geo prizm, starter fluid

This car is the 1.6L auto trans with 165k miles.  I had electrical problems starting about 2 months ago and ended up taking it to the toyota dealer because they are supposedly the only ones that have compatible computer diagnostics.  They replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, efi temp sensor on my first visit.  That didn't fix it though.  I took it back and they replaced the coil.   It has run well for a couple months but now won't start at all.   If it sits for a couple days or I use starter fluid it will almost start on the first try, but then nothing.   It has spark and I looked at the coil, cap, and rotor and they look fine.  Also, the fuel pump seems to be working fine.  Any ideas on what I can do next?

Can you be more specific, what electrical problem did you have and what is the problem they didn't fix, I just need to know what the problem is now. What problem did they try to fix by replacing the parts that you mentioned? I know it doesn't start now. These models had some distributor problems and igniter problems but since it has spark it may be fuel pressure related, can you have the fuel pressure tested?
