Toyota Repair: 100000 mile preventative maintenance, dealer ship, toyota sienna

I am a woman and am not sure what to do as far as preventative maintenance on my 2000 toyota sienna. The dealer ship wants to charge me 300 to 400 for checkup.  what is necessary to make sure my car continues to run welll?

At this mileage the timing belt is due to be replaced, it was due at 90,000 miles. The coolant should be changed and the transmission oil changed as well as the engine oil, the air filter and the spark plugs, the brakes should be checked, the tires should be rotated or may need replacement.
