Toyota Repair: 2001 Camry with a P0446 code, warranty period, inspection sticker

My 2001 Camry CE has 66,000 miles on it and comes up with a Code 0446. I've been told by a non dealer garage that there is a TSB that will cover the repairs for this.I have a VIN starting with 4T1BG. I cant get a state inspection sticker with this code appearing and it's off to a dealer this week. Can I expect this to be covered by the Emission Warranty or am I paying ?

The bulletin only covers the V-6 engine. Whether the problem is covered under warranty or not depends on what it is, if it's the evap canister then there may be an enhanced warranty from toyota, have the dealer check what he problem is and check the warranty bulletins, the waranty bulletins are different than the tsb bulletins and will state whether there is a special policy adjustment in effect that extends the regular warranty period.
