Toyota Repair: 1990 Toyota 4x4 pickup again wont start after new starter installed, toyota 4x4 pickup, negative battery cable

Question
Hello Ted.  I think I need help diagnosing an electrical problem! I have a 1990 Toyota 4-cyl 4x4 22r3 2.4liter shortbed pickup that won't start.  I recently replaced my starter.  A couple weeks ago my truck wouldn't start.  I just heard a clicking when I turned the ignition.  That same evening (when it was cold out) I tried again and it started up just fine.  The next day I bought a starter, kept it in my truck, and 5 days later when my truck again would not startup I installed it.
During installation I snapped the clutch fluid line, so a friend helped me drive my truck to my city where it sat for the day until I re-pressurized the line. After doing so it ran great, but it did seem like it had somewhat of a weak start.  (A few months ago I had a reputable shop diagnose and  replace my pickup coil.)  The next day I drove to work.  The following morning my truck would not startup.  I again hear a clicking sound.  The battery has a 12.9 Volt charge headlights are bright.  The radio and amplifier powered 8 inch subs also operate with no problem. I verified continuity on all passenger side underhood and driverside side panel fuses.  It also felt like both starter solenoid and the driverside side panel solenoid where clicking with the ignition.  The voltage  between positive battery cable at the starter and negative battery cable at the engine block is 12.6 volts.
Please assist with any and every thing I should check!

Answer
There area couple of things that can still cause the problem, if it has an automatic transmission the neutral start switch may be the cause, it's located on the transmission where the shift rod attaches, check the electrical connector and make sure the switch is tight, it may need to be replaced. It could also be that the starter is still the problem, try another starter if possible, it sounds like all the electrical cable connectors are clean and tight.
