Toyota Repair: 98 toyota camry le(L4-2164cc 2.2l dohc mfi), toyota camry, fuel pumps

Question
my camry just died when i was driving down the road, when i tried to restart it, the engine sounds like it was turning  over faster, so i was told it could be the timing belt or the fuel pump, since i couldnt hear the pump  while listening at the filler tube , i replaced the pump, well it still wont start, but i still cant hear the pump so i want to know where the fuse for the fuel pump is so i can check it, and then if thats not the problem then would i have to have the timing belt replaced?

Answer
Fuel pumps normally don't go out without giving some sort of driveability problems before so I really doubt if the fuel problem is the problem. It's probably the timing belt, to check it, remove the distributor cap and see if the rotor turns when cranking the engine, if not, the belt should be replaced because it broke.
