Toyota Repair: 2004 4-Runner sunroff, service bulletins, scantool

Question
The rear portion of my sunroof does not raise up far enough to seal against the roof.I adjusted the glass at the mounting screws (there are four of them)Is there any way to adjust the track height or is there a limit switch that needs to be adjusted? Also the low tire indicator light comes on and stays even though all five tires are at 34 psi. I had the dealer turn off the light several times only to come back one after a week or so. Any help?

Thanks

Answer
The sunroof may have to be reinitialized, please send me an email address in a follow up and I can send instructions how to do that. The tire warning light may have to be reset or initialized as well, just turning the light off won't fix the problem toyota has issued some service bulletins that address this problem, the dealer should also connect the techstream scantool to the vehicle to see if the computer is reading all of the sensors, one or more of the sensors may not be recived by the computer and just resetting the light won't solve the problem, a sensor may have to be replaced, if the dealer knows how to diagnose this there should be no problem in fixing this.
