Toyota Repair: wont cold start, cam sensor, ground connections

Question
i have a 1991 previa that wont start when cold turns over free and easy has spark to plugs fuel is ok .changed cold start injector and switch to the block only thing that i found is that there is no voltage to the injectors on the rail. will start when warm and good to go all day .only after the night does it act up  was told posible cam sensor? OR MABEY IN THE DISTRIBUTOR ? IS THERE A TEMP SENSOR IN THE DISTRIBUTOR?

Answer
There should be voltage to all the injector connectors to one side of the connectors, with the key on all the time, the computer turns the injectors on/off by switching the ground connections, you say it won't start when cold but then you say it starts when warm and is ok after that, so at one time it must start when cold otherwise it could never get to operating temperature because the engine would never start, please clarify, what happens when starting the engine cold? Doees it take a long time but eventually start? Does it not start at all? It's not
the cam sensor, there is no temp sensor in the distributor, if the engine gets spark all the time it's not the distributor,
