Toyota Repair: High mile maintenance, fuel injector cleaners, green bay wisconsin

Question
So my 2004 4runner is pushing 103 thousand miles and I am wondering about things like special fuel injector cleanings and transmission fluid changes.  The car is mostly highway miles with very little trailer towing.  The dealer would change the tranny fluid every 30 thousand if I let them, and I hear injector cleaner that I would find at public stores would have to be used EVERY tank to have any effect, so what really needs to be done and how?  It seems to run fine, and I just replaced the plugs.

Thanks,

Answer
Don't waste your money on these so-called fuel injector cleaners, they are not recommended by the factory, the transmission fluid is the new "WS" (world standard) fluid which is not changed until 90-100,000 miles, there is no dipstick on this transmission and a special procedure is required to change the fluid. Basically, changing the oil + filter every 3-5000 miles( toyota recommends 5,000) replacing the air filter, spark plugs, and changing the fluids in the differentials, inspecting the brakes, rotating the tires, checking for any oil leaks, adjusting the rear brakes, inspecting wear items like drive belts and tires there is really not much else to be concerned about.
