2002 toyota corolla autoheadlights will not come on the dash lights,park,tal lights flash when driving and also stay on when you turn off ignition buzzer sounds and park,tail and dash lights stay on this problem started all of sudden

This is definately an electrical problem which could be in the wiring, a possible ground problem, corollas use a lot of common ground points that are connected into a multiple ground bus connection, these can get corroded in some cases and cause all kinds of problems, there could also be a problem with the integration relay which controls almost all of the body electrical functions, the integration relay is located on the lower left side of the dash, it's the junction block that has all the fuses. This is not something that is going to be simple and will require a technician that really knows electrical systems and how to diagnose these sort of problems, about the only thing that I can recommend is just to check all the fuses and look at some of the wiring at the junction block with the fuses and look at the electrical connectors and the wiring to see if any of them look burned and repair them.
