Toyota Repair: dashboard, fuse panel, fuse box

i got a 1995 toyota 4-runner and the dash lights and the parking lights are not working. its probally a fuse but i checked the two i can find. and im not sure if the lights are on the fuse box i found either. please steer me where to look. thanks

The fuse panel that has the fuse for the dash illumination and the tail lights is located in the fuse panel behind a plastic cover on the lower left side of the dash, the fuse designation is indicated on the inside of the plastic cover, the fuse that needs to be checked is the one marked "TAIL".
