Toyota Repair: 1992 Camry LE vibrating steering wheel, engine vibration, steering wheel

Question
I have a 1992 Camry LE with 175k miles.  It was involved in a wreck a year or so ago, damage to the front end.  The steering wheel vibrates badly, after the car has warmed up, in gear at a stop.  I have changed all three motor mounts, the trans. mount, plug wires and plugs.  Is there anything in the steering column that can also be changed?  The vibration seems to be amplified through the steering column.  I have made several visits to my local mechanic, good friend, to try and diagnose this vibration.  Thanks.

Answer
Since it has been in an accident there may be another problem that the motor mount replacement obviously didn't fix, there is metal to metal contact somewhere between the engine and the frame of the car or the exhaust system is making contact with the body, this is the only way engine vibration is transmitted to the body.
