Toyota Repair: 1991 Corolla Starter, bellhousing, intake hose

I'm trying to locate the starter for my car. Is it viewable from the the top? Is it easy to access from the top of the car as well? Or do I need to get under the car?

Answer
The starter is located towards the rear under the intake manifold, there are two bolts holding it to the bellhousing, the top bolt is attached to the rear of the bellhousing and the bottom one is on the engine side, access it from underneath, the top of the air cleaner has to be removed along with the intake hose to get to the top bolt.
