Toyota Repair: 1991 sr5 Toyota corolla, toyota corolla, inexpensive test

Ted, Dashboard fuel gage,heater/ac, and ceiling LIGHTS are burned out in this car.  Would like guidance to repair as a DIY and/or take to repair shop. Detailed advice for novice is appreciated. Estimate repair costs if taken to garage.  Thanks, Dave

It may be something simple like some burned fuses, check all the fuses inside the passensger compartment and also under the hood under the black fuse cover, the best way to do this is with the ign key on and an inexpensive test lamp, check all the fuses with the light on both sides, the fuse that only lights up on one side is the one that's open.
