Toyota Repair: 99 4Runner LTD, adjustment screws, 4runner

Hi, we've talked a few times, thanks for all the help.  I installed a set of those HID headlights on my 4Runner and they are pretty bright.  They have a glare and I don't wanna blind other drivers.  I would like to aim them down some but I dont know how.  Can you tell me how to do it and what tool I should use.  Thank you again.

On the back of the headlights under the hood there should be some adjustment screws one on the top and one on the bottom, as far as I can tell lokking at the repair manual turning the bottom one raises and lowers the headlight, I think it takes an 8mm wrench or socket.
