Toyota Repair: 04 Camry sunroof/power locks, power locks, scantool

Question
I have a similar problem that a previous reader had: my sunroof was not normalizing so I had the battery tested and it was bad. I had it replaced and am wondering if you could provide the info on how to "re-normalize" the sunroof.

Also, does the battery problem affect the power locks? If I remember correctly, all doors on my car used to unlock automatically when the engine was turned off. It does not do that anymore. Is that an related problem?

Please provide an email address so I can send a copy of the instructions how to reinitialize the moonroof, the door lock functions can be set using the scantool at the dealer, the settings can be changed so that the locks will work the way you want them to.
