Toyota Repair: no pluse at injector, pig tail, constant power

Question
I have a 1988 toyota pick up with the 3.0 v6...the engine will not crank.... unless I manually
put gas in the intake but then it dies when the gas is spent. there is no pulse at the injector..
I have constant power at the injector on both leads.....I have checked the resistance of EFI relay
, ignitor, and the signal generator pig tail at distributor all were within spec...according
to manual..I have replaced ECU ....no help.....I have run out of options any help would be appreciated.

Answer
There should only be voltage to one side of the injector connectors to the brown/red wires, the other wires on the connectors should not have voltage, these go to the computer which switches them to ground to make the injectors work on and off, if there is voltage to those wires then there is a wiring problem of some sort.
