Toyota Repair: shifting into 1st or 2nd on 5 speed manual, clutch master cylinder, clutch system

Question
It has been getting progressively harder getting my 89 toy truck (sr5 5-speed v6)into 1st and second gears from a dead stop with the clutch pedal fully down.Used to just move freely between all 5 spots, but I really have to force now.
I get to stoplight and I feel like the stick is almost blocked from getting into 1st gear, and even second gear is difficult - all this seems to take an excessive amount of force, where it has been no problem the last 140,000 miles.

Answer
Look for a hydraulic leak in the clutch system, check the clutch master cylinder, it may be leaking out the back of the firewall, check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder, if it's low there is a leak in the system, check the clutch hydraulic flex hose on the right side of the firewall under the hood, they always leak, don't forget the slave cylinder located on the bellhousing.
