Toyota Repair: sensor locations and diagnosis help on 1999 LexusRX300, mass air flow sensor, air fuel ratio

Question
Ted I have several codes on this Lexus.One-P0110,Two-P0330,Three-P0171,Four-P1155. I have pulled the codes and am unsure about the fix and the location of the sensors. It hesitates a little on take-off but otherwise seems to idle and run fine until you push the gas pedal too far. When you push the gas pedal too far or push it all the way to the floor it will stop accellerating and will only stay at that speed. It will not die down nor will it speed up. It is my hope that you have run into this problem before and can help me. Thanks Ted.

Answer
The codes po171 and po110 are both related to the mass air flow sensor, the 171 means that the fuel system is too lean and the 110 is an air intake temp sensor malfunction which is part of the MAF sensor, check carefully for any hoses that may be disconnected from the intake chamber first, if no hoses are off then replace the MAF sensor. The 330code is a knock sensor code which may be triggered by the lean condition so I would it ignore it at this time, the p1155 is a malfunctioning air/fuel ratio sensor on bank 2, it's located in the exhaust manifold near the radiator, replace it as well, that should solve the problem.
