Toyota Repair: 97 4rnr, radio repair shop, stock radio

Question
How do I replace the station light in the stock radio?
How do I replace the light in the gearshift indicator?
How do I remove the small door speaker cover? (Tweeter?)
I would appreciate any help or direction, and have several mor quetions.

The radio light is not serviceable, it has to go to a radio repair shop.The shift indicator light can be accessed by removing the center console, there is a small bulb on the left side just under the shift indicator that you can twist and pull out. The speaker cover just pops off it's just held on with plastic retaining clips.
