Toyota Repair: ABS TRC and VSC, ecu module, vsc

I took my 2004 4runner 2wd sport auto V-8 with 51000 miles in when these lights came on all at once. I got 2 opinions and 1 said it was the ABS solenoid and the other said it was the TRC ECU module which both quotes were around $1500.00. What do you think about this situation. No check engine light has come on, only ABS TRC off and VSC Trac lights. Is this a fix I can repair?

I can't go by "what they said" I need to know the trouble codes that they got from the abs/vsc system, all of them. Without knowing the code numbers I can't help,this is a complicated system and there is no room to guess what it might be at your expense unless you just want to start replacing parts and hope it might fix it.
