Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyata Tundra Brakes & Plug Wires, front wheel bearings, rear brakes

Question
Hi Ted, I own a '00 Tundra SR5 Access Cab V8 4WD, 108K miles. Three questions: 1) what is the permanent fix for constantly warping front rotors this truck is now infamous for? I have discs up front, drums in the back. 2) the plug wires are not like I've ever seen. Should these be replaced periodically like standard plug wires? If so, how often? 3) what is the most critical maintnenance item typically missed on this vehicle? I've had the timing belt and water pump done, and I keep the rear brakes clean and adjusted.

Thanks!

Answer
Toyota had issued a service bulletin a few years ago that fixes this condition, it involves replacing the rotors and the calipers and the front wheel bearings, doing this is expensive once it is out of warranty, I can send a copy of the bulletin to you please provide an email address.
