Toyota Repair: 2001 camry with engine control modual problem, spark plug, camry

oct. 06 had ECM replaced after code PO300 came up , car missing ,stalling out,surging,cold hot it dont seem to matter. it would do it one day and not for maybe 2 weeks and then again. also had TSB EG004-03. Problem is now only 1 year later sept.07 same problem is back same symptoms same code. what would cause this to go bad again so quick????

You should have it checked, you don't know if it's the same cause for the problem, the misfire may be caused by a spark plug or wire or something else, have you had the dealer recheck it and what did they say you should do, I don't have the answer without actually checking your car myself.
