Toyota Repair: 2005 Sienna Shaking at 50mph, inner tie rods, tire problem

Question
When doing about 50 the steering wheel will shake, you can also feel the shaking in the front passenger seat. I had the tires balanced a few times, even had new ones but on. They are not the run flats I did away with those a long time ago. The shakes go away when the car reaches about 65mph. I really don't think it's the tires because but every mechanic tells me it is. Could it be something in the front end?

thanks.
Lisa
