Toyota Repair: AC and Blower FAN dont work on 1998 Toyota RAV4, toyota rav4, radiator fan

Question
I have a 1998 Toyota RAV4. First, Blower fan and A/C were going for a while then completely off. Sometimes when I switched them on/off several times, they were coming back. Now they are completely off. However, Radiator Fan is still running.

Answer
The most likely cause is that the fan blower motor has failed and needs to be replaced. You can verify this by disconnecting the electrical connector under the dash on the right side from the heater motor, then apply 12 volts from a power source to one side of the motor terminal and grounding the other side to the body, the motor should turn, if it doesn't replace it.
