Toyota Repair: i have an 05 corrola, 2005 toyota corrola, fuse box

I have a 2005 toyota corrola LE i tried to recharge the battery and accidentally switched the battery wires while charging and all the fuses blew out i rep[laced all the fuses and tried to start the car and my AM2 fuse blew out and it kept on doing that 3 times after witch i gave up all the other fuses are fine what do i do???

The one fuse that needs to be looked at is the large alternator fuse, it's the first one to go when the battery is connected backwards, it is usually 100-120 amp, it has a clear plastic cover on it, the only problem is that it is bolted into the wires and can't just be pulled out, to replace it the fuse box has to be disassembled to get to the bolts that hold it in.
