Toyota Repair: puttin toyota 1995, engine misfire, throtle body

103,000 miles it cranks with no problem when it is crank its hard to get it to back up because sometime it will shut off but it will crank right up then it will go but it putts and once you hit the gas peddle it will take off but once you have to stop it will either shut off or rattle their like it wants to shut off my brother change all the wires and it ran well for 3 days and it started back doing the same thing he says it might be the throtle body but he afraid to change because it may not be that please help me I need my car.

No it's not the throttle body, it sounds more like there is an engine misfire, the spark plugs may need to be replaced, the distributor cap and rotor should be checked for cracks, the coil in the distributor should also be checked for cracks or burned areas.
