How do you change an alternator in a 1991 Toyota pickup?

Disconnect the battery, remove the drive belt to the alternator pulley, remove the electrical cable (one is a squeeze clip, the other is a 10 mm nut. Loosten the lower pivot bolt and then remove the upper bolt all the way out and remove the alternator.
