Toyota Repair: 2003 Matrix electronic auto transmission, input shaft, torque converter

Question
i just had the common bearing knock in  my 1ZZ motor, replaced motor, now my A246E trany will not go into any gear, i've got no fluid pressure whatsoever. i have done many eng swaps, never seen anything like this. oil level full, filled torque converter prior to reinstall, cleaned screen and filled with type t-IV fluid. dont have tranny scanner, have put autoxray 6000 on it with no codes showing. any suggestions, was working flawless before eng change.

Answer
The loss of hydraulic pressure would indicate a transmission front pump failure, here is the only thing I can think of and I have seen this happen before, if the torque converter was not installed all the way on to the splined input shaft and the engine was installed the front pump can be damaged.
