Toyota Repair: Timing on a 1983 toyota 22r motor, toyota 22r motor, crank pulley

Question
I have a 1983 toyota pu that i timed but i think that the chain might have jumped. can you tell me how the timing markings on the crank pulley and the cam shaft should line up?

With the engine at TDC and the #1 piston in the up position the crank pulley is set at the zero mark, the camshaft gear has a round mark on it that should line up with the mark on the center of the camshaft retainer cradle, look for a small triangular mark.
