Toyota Repair: 98 Toyota Camry, air control valve, toyota camry

Question
My toyota camry is currently idling around 600rpms and seems to hesitate briefly when I give it gas. I recently had the Oxygen Sensor replaced and it also had a new thermostat installed. Other than that it is running just fine, engines purrs as usual. Not sure what else to do. Help?

Answer
A common problem is the idle air control valve and excessive carbon builtup in the throttle body. The throttle body should be removed and then the IAC valve from the throttle body, the IAC valve should be replaced and the throttle body cleaned with a brush and a can of throttle body cleaner.
