Toyota Repair: Idler Speed Control Valve, car mechanic, valve problems

Question
I have a 2003 Toyota Sienna, on start up engine will die down.  I need to press gas pedal harder to start and when let go it will die down. Problem started last week took it the dealer and said my Idler speed control valve is closing to soon. and pcv and needs replace. Is this a hard job to replace or is it better to take it someplace else?  I am not a real car mechanic but I am mechanically incline to do the job. please help....

Answer
Idle speed control valve problems are somewhat common and it sounds like that is the case here. It is a little difficult to replace, the throttle body has to be removed and then the ISC valve from the throttle body. Don't know why they want to replace the PCV valve???
