Toyota Repair: 95 previa, throttle position sensor, fuel injector cleaner

Question
This summer i did a tune up ( with toyota parts: cap rotor plugs wire PVC) previa has 220000 miles. this past week it seems to sputter when shifting from first two second(auto trans) I bought a bottle of fuel injector cleaner applied into gas tank, replaced the fuel filter, and picked up a new coil from a bone yard. still sputtering.  If i give a slow amount of gas it will sometimes shift and run a little sloppy until the rpms increase then it will run fine. but when i slow to a stop and start again quickly it starts to buck. almost like its getting to much gas. upper speeds ok but with a little misfiring. it will accelerate quickly and smoothly when i get by that low rpm sputtering. also now at low highway speeds seems not to be running smoothly. its a 4 cylinder with super charge.

Answer
There used to be a somewhat common occurence involving the wire harness goint to the throttle position sensor that would cause shifting and driveability problems, the solution was to install a new sub harness for the tps, it's available from the toyota dealer, the problem was that the wires seperated internally in the wire harness.
