Toyota Repair: Toyota will not start, jumper wire, fuse box

Question
My 1994 Toyota P/U with a 22re will not start after it sat from December-March.  It has spark, because it fires when starting fluid is sprayed into the intake.  I replaced the fuel filter and the EFI relay in the underhood fuse box.  My last guess is the fuel pump which is fairly expensive, so I want to make sure that it can't be anything else before I put more money into it.  Thanks

Answer
The fuel pump can be activated directly by jumping the terminals B+ and FP under the hood on the diagnostic connector, open the cover of the DLC and locate the terminals and with the key on place a jumper wire between the two terminals, listen at the fuel tank, you should be able to hear the fuel pump run, if it doesn't the fuel pump is the problem, if the fuel pump runs there may be a problem with the fuel because it sat for so long, it may be necessary to drain any fuel in the tank and put in fresh fuel, gasoline will deteriorate after a certain amount of time.
