Toyota Repair: blowing EFI fuse, o2 sensors, amp fuse

Question
ted
I have a 1993 toyota pick up 4x4 it was running fine and then just quit. It is fuel injected and acked like it was starving for gas before it stoped. So i changed the fuel filter and still had nothing it does crank over but will not fire up.With more checking i found that the EFI- 15 amp fuse in the panel under the hood was blown changed the fuse and as soon as i turned the key on it blew the fuse again.i changed the EFI relay and tryed another fuse and it blew again this time i had the fuel pump unplugged from the system.I failed to tell you this an r22e 4cyl. motor.
 any suggestions would help

Answer
Check the O2 sensor wiring  underneath for any short circuits or corrosion, it sounds like there is a short to ground in this circuit, the white/red wire supplies 12 volts to the O2 sensors there may be a problem there, check the wire by tracing it from the diagnostic connector down to the O2 sensor and see where there is a connection to body ground, if you need a wiring diagram I can mail it but I will need an email address.
