Toyota Repair: toyota intermittent starting problem, toyota 4x4, starter relay

Question
I have a 1989 Toyota 4x4 v6,manual transmission, extended cab.  After driving a while, once the engine warms, sometimes when I go to restart it, it won't turn over at all. No clicking, no nothing. I have power, all the lights, radio etc. all work.  Then after it sits for 45 minutes to 3 hours, it starts right up.  The starter is just over a year old.  The toyota dealer checked it and replaced the wiring to the starter.  The starter checked out fine.  After they replaced the wiring, I took it back to them a couple months later 'cause it had happened again a few times.  This time they couldn't replicate the problem.  I was wondering if adding the starter relay would fix this or do you have any other suggestions?

Answer
There have been several cases of this including my own 4 Runner, the only solution I have found that takes care of this problem is to install an additional relay near the starter, everyone that has posted this question replied that it fixed the problem, if you can give me an email address I can send a diagram and instructions how to remedy this.
