HAVE A 1995 CAMRY 2.2 AUTO TRANS ROUGH IDLE IN GEAR, WHEN IN PARK / NUETRAL SMOOTHS OUT NOTICE IAC FULL WITH CARBON REPLACED SAME PROBLEM (136,000 MILES)DO NOT HAVE TIMING LIGHT MARKED POSITION OF DISTRIBUTOR AND TURNED NO CHANGE IN ROUGH IDLE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL POSITION. ALSO CLEANED THROTTLE BODY, DIDNT SUSPECT EGR BECAUSE THE SMOOTH OUT IN P/N. SPRAYED CARB CLEANER TO INSPECT FOR VAC.LEAK NO LUCK. WHEN GAS PEDEL IS PRESSED SLIGHTY IT SMOOTHS OUT.BRAKE TORQUE NO MISS,INSPECTED IGN. CAP ROTOR WIRES NOT NEW BUT NOT BAD LOOKING ALSO WOULD THINK IF BAD IT WOULD MIS UNDER LOAD. NO PROBLEMS WHEN DRIVING,ACCELS FINE.THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

This may be an engine vibration that is transmitted into the car because of a problem with the motor mounts, this is especially true if the vibration can be felt in the steering wheel at idle when in gear, the most common problems are with the mount on the left side of the engine, the one closest to the radiator, also check the link connector(dog bone) on the front of the engine for cracked insulators, if there are cracks in it replace both of them.
