i have a 86 Toyota pick 22-R e and i have a problem with it will start up good and then in a 1 or so it will die and you have to do that a lot and in the cold its very bad what could i do.

There used to be very common problem with the cold start injector time switch on these engines so I will suggest that it is replaced, it's located on the front of the engine near the coolant outlet housing, I would suggest getting a new one from the toyota dealer first, this will help you in identifying it.
