Toyota Repair: 99 solora, size tires, solora

OK just had the Front end Struts and mounts replaced. When we turn the wheel  youhear a rubbing sound. I thaught maybe the wrong size tires but thats not it they are stock size.  Every time you turn or put the car in a wierd angle like in a divit to go into drive way oyu can hear it.

If this sound was not there before the strut replacement you need to take it back to whoever replaced the struts and have them recheck their work, I have no idea what the noise may be without hearing it but it makes sense that they may have caused this noise, something may not have been assembled correctly.
