Toyota Repair: 2005 Camry steering shaft noise 37300Miles, national transportation board, mileage limit

Question
I have a noise when I turn the steering wheel when driving or sitting still.  I can feel the noise in the wheel. It appears to be in the lower shaft near the U joint at the rack.  There is a TSB dated Jan or Feb 2006 about noise in the lower steering shaft area.  Can you tell me what it is and how to repair.  I cannot read the TSB only a recap from the National Transportation Board.  Thanks

Answer
Toyota has issued a service bulletin that involves replacing the steering intermediate shaft ST001-06, the warranty is for 3yrs/36,000 miles, even though you are a little over in mileage most dealers will still do this under the warranty since there was a bulletin and especially if there was a specific complaint for this while the car was still within the mileage limit, if you like I can email you a copy, please respond directly to tedrttr@yahoo.com
