I just got four new set of tires put on my car a week ago and on my way home the ABS light came on the speedometer. It has been on ever since I drove and I was just wondering if that's normal and if there's a way to set it off.

No it's not normal for this light to turn on, the computer has detected a problem and has disabled ABS and turned the light on to inform you. The first step is to connect a diagnostic scantool to the computer to see what the trouble codes in the system are and go from there.
