how do you replace the fan altenator belt i have the belt but i cant get the other belts loose to put it on could you tell me where the tension pully might be

If it has power steering the tensioner pulley for the power steering bel tis located up high near the valve cover, there is a 19mm nut on it that has to be loosened, then the tension is released by turning the 12mm adjustment bolt in a counterclockwise direction to release the tension on the belt, if it has A/C the a/c idler pulley has a 14mm nut on the front, loosen it and the turn the 14mm pulley adjusting bolt to release it to get the belt off.
