what is the firing order and how are the plugs pasitioned on the motor 123 down one side or 135 and what is the gap for the plugs

You failed to mention what engine your 4 runner has in it.

The plug gap can be found under the hood on the specifications sticker. A 6 cylinder 3.0L has #1 cylinder on the driver side front followed by #2 & #3. The passenger side front starts with #4, #5 then #6.  If you have original type spark plug wires the cylinder number should also be printed on the wire.
