Toyota Repair: 97 Camry, fuse block, 15a

Lost power to clock and remote-mirror.  Have been trying to find the description of all the under-hood fuse block fuses, and have pulled each one multiple times. all good. is there an under-dash block?  Thanks

Both the clock and the remote mirror control are on the 15A cig lighter fuse, the fuse is located inside the cover on the left lower part of the dash, remove the cover to check the fuse, this fuse normally goes because something was plugged into the cig lighter that caused it to short out.
