Toyota Repair: 2006 Tacoma smoke on startup, oil filler cap, factory oil

Question
I have a 2006 toyota tacoma.  It has 4,300 miles currently.  It is a 4x2 Double Cab V6 auto.  I purchased the car in April '06 and started seeing smoke after I would crank the truck during the summer.  This has continued to occur, but usually only happens if I have driven the truck for an extended amount of time without turning it off, or driven it for approx. 60 miles.  If I drive it this far, stop, turn the engine off, wait a few hours or wait till the next day to crank it, I get a large plume of bluish smoke the second I turn the ignition over.  It only lasts for a few seconds out the exhaust and it doesn't seem to appear when driving, only when I crank it for the first time.  The local dealer thought it may be condensation, but it happens in the middle of the afternoon, evening, but only after the engine has really been working for awhile without stopping.  Of course it's under warranty, but the local dealership doesn't seem too concerned about it. It tends to be a little heavier than condensation and will stay together as it floats across the yard.

Answer
I have not heard of a problem with the Tacoma smoking on startup and there are no service bulletins, blue smoke means oil is burning, which would not be normal, at this time I would wait until there is more mileage on the engine and see if the problem gets worse, if the original factory oil is still in the engine I would change the oil and filter using the grade oil recommended on the oil filler cap and see if there is an improvement.
