Toyota Repair: Noise in passenger door on 2007 RAV4, wind turbulence, s a design

I have a rattle noise coming from the front passenger side door.  I have had the dealership check out the door, but they have not found anything.  The dealership is telling me that it's a design flaw with 2007 RAV4.  The flaw has something to do with the mirror and antenna and wind turbulence.  Do you know of any RAV4 design flaws?

No, I have not heard of any design flaw, I've checked for any factory sevice bulletins and none are issued. Since the dealer has told you there is some sort of flaw what is their recommendation on how to repair this? Since it is still covered under warranty they are obligated to attempt a repair especially since they have admitted that there is a problem.
