Toyota Repair: Toyota Struts/Mounts, monroe sensa trac, toyota owners

First of all this is a great site for us Toyota owners!  

I have a 1999 Avaolon with original struts.  It has 105K miles.  How much can I improve the ride with Monroe Sensa-Trac Struts?  I am the original owner and although the ride is not bad, I would like to improve it.

I don't know if there will be an improvement over the OEM struts, if they are adjustable that may be a plus but other than that I have no experience with those struts, Avalons and Camrys are known to have a problem with the strut mounts making noise so make sure they all are replaced.
