left side drive axel keeps coming out of the transmission.  Could it be a bad snap ring?

Na not really. The axles are held inplace by the wheel hubs, which should always hold them in place. The axles simply slide in the transmission.


I feel like we're missing the beginning of a story. What's been going on? What u been doing. :) If you're replacing the axle & it keeps pulling out when u install it. i4 axles are longer than v6 axles.






Oh! And there are 6 allen bolts that bolt the driver's side inner CV joint to a differential flange for the v6's. Got a v6?
